For a Wonderful Couple on their Anniversary…

Making anniversary cards is always a wonderful experience. As I begin the process, I think about the people who will receive it. For this card, both the lady and her husband are creative people – she is a fantastic quilter while he does woodcarvings that are amazing. Seeing their creative works of love and joy is an exciting adventure. My husband and I enjoy visiting them and seeing their newest creations. This card is for you…

For several years I have been creating dimensional paper flowers using all types of paper from card stock to pearlescent to fibrous. However, I had reached a point where a change was more than needed. By now, if you have seen some of my more recent posts, you will realize that I am totally captivated by a unique product called Foamiran. For several weeks, I visited websites from around the world featuring their fantastic foam flowers. I discovered that YouTube has a vast collection of tutorials. To my dismay, most are in languages that I do not understand but the videos speak for themselves.

There are several sites (groups) that post their finished works that will take your breath away. So many appear so totally real. One of my favorite groups is Foamiran Flowers Lovers (thru https://foamiranworld.com/). Hope you get a chance to visit there.

Materials for today’s project:
·        Light Pink and Green Foamiran
o   Whimsy Stamps Rose Petal Die Set (4 largest dies)
o   Whimsy Stamps Lily Flower Die Set (leaves only)

Thank you for stopping in today and until we meet again,
May God Bless You and Yours,

Barb
Thought for the day:

If the world had more crafters,
there would be more sharing and less anger.
